How do I start an alumni chapter in my area?

How do I retrieve my password?

1. Go to www.asunationalalumni.com
2. Find the log in box
3. Click "Forgot Password," then
4. Enter email address, the system will then send you an email.
5. Once you receive this email, click on the link, to choose a new password.
6. Once you have set your password, log out, then attempt to log back in and complete your profile.

Should you have problems, simply reply to the email and let us know what problems you experienced by emailing us at webmaster@asunationalalumni.com

How do I edit my profile?

1. Log in to the website
2. Click "view profile," on the login box
3. then click "edit profile"
4. then click "Save"

Why am I not receiving email updates?

• Be sure that you add "webmaster@asunationalalumni.com" to your address book otherwise these emails will go to your "Spam" or "JunkMail" box.

What if I pay via e-check through PayPal?

• eChecks are one type of bank payment and usually take 3-5 business days to process. They are used when buyers have not linked a backup payment source (like a debit or credit card) to their PayPal accounts, or when a transaction is too risky to allow an instant payment.  As soon as we receive confirmation of sufficient funds from the bank, your membership application will be approved and you will have access to your account.

Why can't I see member profiles?

• There are several reasons why you may not be able to see another members profile.
• If you are not a "paid" member of the national alumni association,  you will not be able to see other members profiles.
• If members have not logged into their account since being uploaded into the system, their profile will not be active until that time.
• Member has the option to make their profile private, which means it will not show up in the member directory.
